U GOT A MAN?

*Dear Personnel Selection exam, please forgive me but I just had to say this real quick*

I got a text message today from a stranger. I responded (because I'm just polite like that) to let the person know s/he had the wrong number. The person then asked if I was a girl, to which I responded, "No, I'm a woman".

I then got "U GOT A MAN AND HOW OLD?" Really? No, REALLY? Firstly, what the hell kind of sentence is that? My assumption is this good-for-very-little dude was successful at some point in the past with this meager attempt at winning the affection of some 'chick'. I also assume he was African American. I felt a bit embarrassed about my second assumption but blame it on the media.
